Great service from Unathi Mampane at FNB Pretoria North Branch

What a great service from Ms Unathi Mampane from the Pretoria North branch. She went above and beyond in assisting my son open an account as he needed to have one for his employment. My son's battery (cellphone) was flat and he needed to use it during the application process. Ms Unathi went all out to ensure that his phone was charged as they continued with the application and thus the phone was usable as needed. Thank you so much for living up to the catch-phrase "How can we help you". My son would still be without an account had it not been for all your efforts, keep up the good work.
