Great service from Tshegofatso Moshidi at Fnb Menlyn Park

Its not always when you get someone who takes their time to explain things to you. I met Tshegofatso at FNB Menlyn Mall, I left the branch happier than ever and not only happy but with so much confidence.

I had fallen to a FICA **** , when I got into the branch, I was welcomed with a great warm smile from Tshegofatso .I explained what happened.. She proceeded to assist me to change my logins , cancel and order cards.. the top tier was the financial education she gave me , I was WOWed. While still at that education part , she educated me about the importance of using virtual cards, Airport lounges and the Ebucks system.

We normally take such people for granted , But Tshego is indeed a great asset to FNB Menlyn , I actually want her to be my Personal Banker. She really lives the slogan of FNB, she doesn’t only ask how to help but she helps and even exceeds the call of duty. Bravo my girl
