Great Service from Treasure, RMB Service Suite Consultant

<p>Shortly after truly appalling service from Nontshikelelo of the FNB Contact Centre ( FNB complaint reference no. ********** ), I telephoned the the RMB Private Bank Service Suite in the hope that they might be able to help or at least point me in the right direction at FNB. My call was attended to by Treasure ( Call Reference RW ********** 214). Treasure was bright, cheerful and obliging. After the usual security check, he listened carefully to my problem and then explained that only FNB Connect would be able to help. He put me on hold while he tracked down the right person at FNB Connect. He came back to me quickly and did a thorough hand over for me to Lisa at FNB Connect. As an added bonus, Lisa was equally helpful and obliging. Although my problem hasn't been resolved yet, Treasure's commitment to assisting me to get to the people who could sort out the issue led directly to the start of the resolution process and I must commend him for first rate customer service. Perhaps Nonshikelelo could spend a day or two with Treasure in the hope that some of his positive, "can do" approach and attitude rubs off on her?</p>
