Great Service From Thabang at FNB Bracken City

I received great service today from Thabang based at the FNB Bracken City branch.

He was very patient in dealing with hearing my issue as well as having to be patient with his co-workers from the call center, 3 of which were very unhelpful to the extent of sometimes pretending not to hear him or just dropping the call. Lucky on the 4th attempt he found an FNB call center agent with the same work ethic as his and they patiently resolved the issue.
