Great Service from Staff at Highveld Mall

Good afternoon FNB. At first this was going to be a complaint, but thanks to your Very Helpful and Friendly staff in particular Dumisane and Sandra from FNB Highveld Mall. Who went out of their way to assist us in having our SA Poultry Farmer's and Supplier's Association account open. We app**** for this account online on the 26 th of July 2020, and FNB online department never communicated with me, spending hundreds of Rands in airtime calling your call center and not getting the assistance required due to long waiting times and then the call gets cut and so on. I walked into fnb highveld mall this morning very angry because due to fnb not communicating with us causing a delay in us receiving our funding as we are a non-profit organization that focuses on the the rural development of commercial poultry farmer's in South Africa a registered section 21 organization registered as a Community Economic Empowerment Foundation, and by fnb not communicating with us has caused a delay in us preforming the duties to our community that we are incorporated to do. Thanks to Dumisane and Pamala for assisting me even tho the bank was full and busy, they went out of their ways to ensure I leave the branch a happy customer, and I did.
