Great Service from Sazi Ntelani (Somerset West branch)

I want to commend Sazi Ntelani from the Somerset West FNB Branch for the wonderful service I received. He assisted me to apply for a credit card and kept me updated every 2 days on the progress of my application. He was very diligent and professional in the follow ups and I have never experienced such amazing service from a consultant at any bank or branch. I want to thank Sazi for facilitating the process from beginning to end and in the friendly and professional manner in which he works with the bank's clients.
