Great service from Nelisiwe at FNB Middelburg Mall

I Sharon Maritz am very satisfied with Nelisiwe Sigudu from FNB Middelburg Mall's service. Everytime I come to the bank frustrated with no hope she somehow turns my day around with the excellent service she gives, she goes the extra into helping me with my queries and makes sure they are sorted before I even leave the branch. She always assists with a smile and that makes matters even better, she makes calls, sends emails while being patient with me and keeping me calm and updated on what is going on, she is always so helpful and willing to help, I hope she continues to make FNB shine with her excellent services.
