Great Service from Lisa, FNB Connect Consultant

<p>Shortly after truly appalling service from Nontshikelelo of the FNB Contact Centre ( FNB complaint reference no. ********** ) , I telephoned the the RMB Private Bank Contact Centre, from where I was put in touch with Lisa, a consultant at FNB Connect ( Call reference RC ********** 574). What a difference !!!! Lisa was polite and friendly, concerned about and interested in solving my problem and very, very helpful through the process. She listened carefully and didn't interrupt when I described my problem, asked clarifying questions when I'd finished so that she could better undertstand what had happened, outlined what she thought was the probable cause, explained to me that she could not immediately resolve the problem, but that she could and would immediately escalate the issue for resolution by FNB Connect's Admin Dept. She kept my call open until she could give me not only a call referene no. but her innternal escalation number as well (TIER - 53215). She told me that I could expect feedback from the Admin Dept within 1 business day - Tuesday - and that she would make it her business to follow up with me on Tuesday. It was an absolute pleasure inetracting with Lisa. Although my problem hasn't been resolved yet, Lisa's commitment, enthusiasm and efficiency instilled some confidence that it will be. Lisa is a superb role model for all her colleagues - especially Nonshikelelo - to follow, and I must commend her for her outstanding service.</p>
