Great service from Lerato Serame & Nosihle Mhlongo

This one is long long overdue.

There are two ladies who are/were employees of FNB whose service was exceptional.

For the first time ever did I receive a call from FNB wanting to refund me money. This was at the end of January 2020 to mid February 2020.

I had closed the Cheque account with FNB, paid up my overdraft and was happy. Lerato Serame called to say there’s money due to me. At first I thought it was a ****, I even went to a branch to have another person talk to her to verify what she was saying.

It turned out to be a tiresome process, as there were issues opening another account. I had even gone to a few branches to sort it out but no one seemed able to, till I met Nosihle Mhlongo from kwaMnyandu. This lady is a genius and is patient and she was adamant to find a perfect solution for me to open a new account. She and Lerato communicated several times, and sorted out the matter.

So thank you to these ladies, for their patience, kindness and great service.
