I am writing to express the gratitude I have for Neo at Rustenberg branch.She went all out to assist me with my Business account as it was closed , we opened a new one , and she also set up a personal account for me to transact on. To add the cherry on top she then set up my fnb app for both business and personal. To be honest my expectations were exceeded as I only went there to fix my business account but I left the branch with so much more , Keep up the Good work Neo , May you be blessed , I really am thankful and she was also so patient and caring . it’s not every day I get such great service.
