GREAT SERVICE FROM FNB REP

<p>Hi, the last encounter I had with FNB left a bitter taste in my mouth.</p> <p>I have been dealing with the FNB rep by the name of Shantel Letswela, the lady understands what customer centricity is about, she provides feedback, not only feedback but comprehensive and understandable feedback. this is when i wish that they can take the likes of Shantel and put them on the customer relations departments as they understand the nature of the service business. wow, I have told my colleagues and friends about her services, well done FNB for acquiring such personnel.</p>
