Great Service From FNB Ferndale Branch

I have been struggling to change my username and password for the past two weeks due to technical error on app and via their lines. Today I went into the Branch at Ferndale on Republic and was greeted by the Branch Manager, Hein who was extremely hands on and definitely and expert with everything FNB related. We sorted out my issue within 15min and personally saw him resolve several other customer queries within minutes. He basically cleared the queue all by himself without breaking a sweat.
