Great service from FNB Connect team

I was trying to port my mother to FNB Connect and mistakenly ported her to my niece's sim. I called to reverse the transaction and the rep helped me and advised me what to do. I got a call the next morning reassuring me that they are working on the issue. I called again to buy a new sim and a different advisor advised me on the most suitable plan and answered all my questions.
