I recently had to transfer funds from my credit card budget account to my cheque account. It took FNB less than 5 minutes to guide me through the process which was effected by them online. Instant and efficient service by their employee Rachel Masoma who did the actual work for me after verifying my credentials etc. This is the level of service I have received from FNB every time.
