Just a short note to compliment FNB and Michelle van Schalkwyk (Home Loans Sales Specialist) on the great service they provided to me.<br> <br> I required assistance with my homeloan, and FNB connected Michelle with me. <br> <br> From the beginning she was very helpful. She contacted me and she took the time to call me whenever it appeared I needed assistance, she always kept me in the loop with how things were progressing with my applications, she explained exactly what I needed to do n the beginning, and when I needed further help she explained as many times as required till I understood. She was very patient and offered great assistance.
