Great Service from Branch Manager

I would like to thank the branch manager Ms Nthabeleng Mo***eng for assisting me in a very tricky situation. I was in a rush as I had to go to hospital, the branch was full and I only came to fetch my card. The other staff members were not welling to help me but when I spoke to her she assisted me and told me in future if it is an emergency I should talk rather than just leave without being assisted.
