Great service from a great lady

<p>We were leaving the country for a temporary work project, but had to be out of the country for months at a time. Lettie Botha went out of way, over and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. What was more is her amazing knowledge of the FNB procedures both for our personal and business accounts. I love the FNB tech, but with great service from Lettie, I realised that no amount of tech can beat a savvy lady! Great work Lettie, you are the best employee in FNB to us! a true treasure to FNB!</p>
