Great service
I had to go to the branch yesterday as RCS said they need to communicate directly with the bank to resolve my payment allocation problems.I went to the branch in Pretoria CBD (Pretorious street).I was assisted by Zanele and she was so patient and did her at most best to get in touch with the RCS payments team but that proved to be impossible as their phones went unanswered( as usual).The service there is great.
