Great service

I went to Fnb Mams mall mamelodi east Mahube, to update my details and activate app. I was assisted by Mathabatha, she was so helpful, I appreciate her politeness and patience. Her fellow colleagues can learn a lot from her especially Refilwe who was working outside at the atm, she was disgustingly rude when I approached her to assist to assist me, she completely ignored me. I went back to Mathabatha and she gladly assisted me. Refilwe must be retrained for customer service her attitude is disgusting I was observing her with other clients and she was still rude she had no eye contact with clients and responded with no interest.
