I was assisted by Nqabisa Qoza from FNB King William’s Town. I was struggling with the app and Nqabisa assisted me with extreme kindness and patience in resolving the issue. There were network issues I did not even know my number she made the necessary means to ensure I don’t go out of without the proper assistance I was in awe cause this matter would have made someone else lose their cool but she remained friendly and with a smile I was happy and relieved cause you don’t get such people
