Phumla from Bluff FNB assisted us very well. FNB was offline and but she manually processed my investments and I was happy that she captured both my investments correctly just as I requested and explained the options properly to me. I thank her for her kindness and patience in getting the investments processed today because I had to do it by the 30th September. Thank you FNB Bluff.
