Great Service Belinda Roberts

<p>On Saturday I took my elderly mother to the FNB at The Glen in Oakdene. We were assisted by Belinda Roberts, who was friendly and professional and incredibly patient. Although we had a number of things we had to do (close account, transfer funds, open a fixed depsit, etc) and the bank was busy, Belinda was patient and explained everything to my mother and made recommendations that allowed her to make informed decisions. As a result we will be investing further in FNB if Belinda is an indication of the efficiency of staff.</p>
