Great service at Portside Branch

Everyone always complains about service, but today i had outstanding service from Fiona Cottle of Portside In Cape Town. I have been battling for weeks to try and get my application for passport and ID renewal sorted out to no avail. I went into Portside today and Fiona assisted me with such patience and a great attitude. She did not get impatient or hurry me along. It was much appreciated. Fiona is a real asset to FNB.
