Great service at Lakeside mall

Been struggling with my new business account. Since I have moved from standard bank. App hasn't been working but when I went to Lakeside mall I got hold of Ayesha Jassat, took me to the machine, explain how I need to use my account in order for it to be varified. She went all out for me, she kept on trying it with no luck with the P. C, then she went to online banking. That's where she got everything done for me. Really appreciate her dedication to her work, always smiling and asking questions just to check if I understand. Was so comfortable around her. Love the team work at FNB. Many thanks team!!!!
