Good day. Today I went to woodmead FNB branch for card collection and online banking and This humble, respectful and patient lady by the Name of Tsakani Ngobeni was the one helping me, she was so informative and made me understand everything she was helping me with and I like the fact that she was so patient with me, I would really like to say FNB you've trained your staff very well and Thank you Tsakani for your great service 😊.
