Great service at FNB Chatsworth

I apologize that the employees names slips my mind, but she was the only teller on duty on 24 January 2023 around 11:00 am, at the Chatsworth branch

Extremely friendly, helpful and most professional. She had a fair bit of a queue of customers that the atms could not assist, but she retained her composure and worked most speedily to move the queue along. As asset to the team for sure. Please may I request that this compliment be conveyed to her, as I have previously complimented an FNB staff member, but it was never communicated to them even months later. Hard work and professionalism deserves praise and I insist that the staff member be made aware that she is appreciated :-)
