Great Service, as always

<p>Came into the FNB Branch in Alexandra and all I needed was a power of attorney which my partner needs to sign before we open a business account.</p> <p>To my surprise, the branch manager is on the floor getting involved and she even managed to get the process of opening the account simplified.</p> <p>She called an external sales guy (Lebo Letsedi), who is now assisting. So that, I may not be required to come into the branch again. </p> <p>The branch stuff also remember my face, it stopped feeling like a branch but like home.</p> <p>I know we all hate going into branches, but the FNB in Alexandra is great.</p> <p>Thank you, Kgomotso & Team</p>
