Great service and private banking experience

<p>I have been an FNB client for 20+ years since I was a young teenager.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say that FNB have really become fantastic, with me progressing from a student account to a gold account, to premium and now a Private Banking Client.</p> <p> </p> <p>They always called me to effortlessly upgrade accounts and they assist with basic things so quickly.</p> <p> </p> <p>My new private banker recently updated my proof of residence in 2 minutes and I received a free Petro Card as well as all of my banking fees being bundled together.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not needed to go to a bank for years as everything is done through the FNB app and it covers all of my needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done FNB on a great client experience!</p>
