Great service and good communication
I would like to thank Murcia with the service she gave me when I had issues with m account. She kept me updated and tried very hard to sort my account as soon as it was possible. I wish she had received my complaint that I sent a few months back because she would have sorted everything there and then and I wouldn't have left FNB.<br> <br> I hope FNB is paring her a good salary and I hope more FNB employees will act responsible like Murcia.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br>
