I would like to commend Nokulunga Langa at Bankcity branch for the exceptional service I received from her when me and my business partners went to open an NPO account. She was very patient and helpful with alot of respect, she took her time to explain all the details of the account. We need people like her who understand the needs of the customer, she is really an asset to FNB. Keep up the good work!
