A few weeks ago, I app**** for a consolidation loan with My bank Fnb but had a minor issue as I couldn't do a debicheck mandate on my online backing and on my app, I went to the branch at Maponya Mall it was very busy and pack, I thought I was not going to get assisted but I did the staff was understanding some didn't even take a break you could see they were tired but had their smailes on, As soon as it was my turn the guy that helped me was very friendly as tired as he was he sorted out my problem and I went home a happy customer its a pity I didn't get his name #SupportLocal. I have always avoided going to banks in Soweto but I can tell you this the Maponya Branch really proved me wrong.
