Great Service!!!!!!!

I made contact with my Private Banker to dispute an Uber transaction. My Banker referred us to Private Clients Call Centre which sent us a mail with step-by-step directions on how to dispute a transaction on the FNB APP. I could not get it right and send a mail back. A nice young guy Bafana Moshoeshoe called me and I told him that I could not speak at that moment. He must please call me back later around 16h30. He indeed called me back at 17h00 and assisted me. We want to thank Bafana for his excellent customer service and for keeping his promise to call us back. Well done and thank you!!!!!!!!! This is why I will not leave FNB one of the few Banks that gives great customer service.
