Today (this evening)

I have received a great service from Tiisetso Khama. Not only did this agent have to read through previous queries, but she did so and came back with a breath of fresh air by noticing the reason I was upset in the first place and remedied that with only 2 minutes of chatting to me.

The above agent proceeded to assist with further queries and provided me with great service.
