Hi, I had the liberty of speaking to Yolanda Zondo a few minutes ago regarding a problem I had with my online services, I really felt valued as a customer and would like to extend my gratitude to her and must say that you are truly an asset to your organisation and I hope your management recognises your ability to always keep the clients happy and the willingness to stretch and bend backwards
