Great Service

I would like to take this opportunity and share the great service that i received at First National Bank East Rand mall after yesterday's awful service at OR Tambo International Airport FNB Branch. My query was well received after my review, yesterday i received my reference number after the complaint i left, but no one contacted me in person. So i visited the East Rand Mall Branch where my experience was excellent. I was greeted by Zandi with great attitude and warmth and she was helpful. The she refereed me to Pearl Ndobe who was a excellent consultant and i shared my ordeal that i in-counted yet she apologized on their behalf and carried on assisting me with ease. She was clear made sure that i understood everything and i could ask her any question that i didn't understand. Pearl Ndobe deserves to be recognized at her Branch and hope she will be. Thank you FNB East Rand Mall for assisting and insuring that you put your best foot forward at all times. i walked out becoming a new client and a happy one at that.
