Great Service
I went to the FNB branch in Jabulani Mall, at first I was irritated by the the lack of knowledge the gentleman on the door had regarding my investment account. However, I was assist by a lady named Mpho, who showed great insight and provided me with different options. Educated me with products and even converted my personal account.
A great high five to her as she is efficient and excellent at what she does.
