Sharika Ramdhas a Sales and Service Consultant from Newcastle FNB assisted me with changed my card option with such smile and knowledge of what she is doing, no taking chances. I was in and out in minutes. Compared to my previous visit of which I was not assisted to my satisfaction. We need more people like Sharika Ramdhas
