Great service
I was at Fnb earlier today following on the complaint that I sent yesterday and they asked I please come so we resolve the matter at hand. I spoke to Kgomotso, the branch manager, who assisted me very professionally and in the most polite way ever..
M glad the matter was resolved amicably and was promised better service going forward..
