THANK YOU TO THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER AT ODENDAALSRUS FNB FOR GETTING BACK TO ME SO SOON ON MY COMPLAINT SHE ATTEMPTED TO CALL BACK VARIOUS TIMES AS I DID NOT ANSWER THE FIRST TIME. ON AN OVERALL NOTE THIS BRANCH AND ALL ITS STAFF IS BLISS TO INTERACT WITH MY PERSONAL CONSULTANT IS OLGA ALWAYS A SMILE.
