Great service
I've been banking with FNB for nearly 20 years now, and let's be honest its not always a pleasant experience to go to the bank! I had to get bank statements and yes as always that loooooooong queue! To my surprise at the entrance of the main FNB branch at Westgate I noticed how quick things are going, I was greeted with a pleasant smile and welcome by a lady with the name leonie, she assisted me and I was off, unfortunately the date had to be changed in the statement, I went back and found the same friendly lady and again with no hesitation she helped me and I was astonished when she came back and entered her office THE BRANCH MANAGER!! If a manager acts that friendly and professional I can only imagine how great the rest of the branch is! WOW! Not every day you see a Branch Manager running around assisting everyone! Hats off to her! And thank you again for making me feel helped easy and quickly!
