Great service!!

I want to commend a lady named Nasreen Samodien who is based at the FNB Bank City branch. I went to the branch when my account had been wrongfully blocked. In spite of her busy day, she went out of her way to follow up with the numerous backend staff who had instituted the block. After many hours of going over the different hoops, she helped me remedy the account and save me from what potentially could have turned out to be a disastrous weekend.
