Great service

After battling to access my cash from a card I mistakenly cancelled I called FNB Private Wealth only to be put through to a Sinazo then later Karabo who were both clueless and very unhelpful. No one to give up I called again and Orriel Mahlawule assisted me with all due diligence, he clearly understands his job and can relate to a person needing to access their cash with immediate effect unlike the two ladies that couldn’t be bothered. I’d like to say thank you to Orriel Mahlawule who went an extra mile for me in my distress and proved once again that there are employees that are passionate about their job. I’m giving him a 10/10 stars for great service.
