Great service

I would like to commend Thembeka I believe she is the Supervisor at FNB Escourt, my father has been struggling with unauthorised debit orders going through his account, he has tried blocking them, however, they would still go through. He then decided to close the account and open a new one. He visited the branch and was advised that even if he opened a new account they will/might still go through and he ended up not opening the account. Upon hearing this from my father I contacted the branch and spoke to Thembeka and she was very helpfull. My father opened an new account today (16/02/2015) and is very pleased with the service. If it wasnt for Thembeka's assistance I would have recommended another bank to my father. To FNB Escourt branch and Thembeka, keep up the good work and always remember to find a solution that will please both the client and the bank.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Amanda
