Great service
<p>The branch manager Nelien Dipenaar is hand on and cares what's happening on the floor of her branch. Extremely polite and courteous and gives service with a smile. The odd thing is that I came to the branch because I was fed up with the service of the premier bankers. Good thing I'm downgrading to gold....I get to be served by staff like this </p>
