Great Service

<p>I was applying for VISA and one of the requirements is a letter from my bank which. I went to Mamelodi FNB Branch which is busy as usual. A gentleman named Alex Boshielo attended to me, although he was'nt able to give me an answer immediately, he offered me a seat and took my request further and made a phone call to the relevant people. Customers walked in requiring help and he kindly asked if he could help them instead of just leaving me while the call was on hold. I had no problem with holding on the line as he had asked in such a good manner while he quickly attended to other customers who had just walked in. He then came back with the letter to help with my VISA application and wished me a good trip. I always frown when having to visit a bank but an employee like Alex Boshielo really made me feel welcome and appreciated amidst all the long cues. Great customer service, thank you Alex, thank you FNB. :-)</p>
