Great Service

I very rarely compliment an organization as I feel that good service should be a standard as I pay for the service and it is not rendered free of charge but on this occasion I will make an exception, Farhana is always willing to assist and make any process easier and less complicated for the customer, I'm not the easiest individual to deal with but she is always willing to help or make an attempt to fulfill my requests. I moved my small business account from another institution to FNB about 3 years ago and Farhana has always assisted us since then, thank you for your assistance in the past 3 years and I hope that FNB will reward your hard work appropriately.
