Great Service!!!

I have been having issues with the FNB business banking call centre with regards to opening my business account. Documents were not being captured, I was not getting feedback and had been trying to get things resolved for over a month. I went into the branch in Seapoint and Khanyisa sorted eveything out in less than 30mins! FNB this is the kind of staff member you should hold onto as she is a credit to your organisation! Professional, courteous and highly efficient! I was about to walk across the road to another bank and take my business elsewhere.<br>
