Help is a human touch embodies the levelof Service that I received today.I just recently lost a loved one and the consultant by the name of Unathi was nothing short of empathetic,it was as if she has known me for a long time and was able to assist me while also consiling me and answering the million questions that I had as this was my first time.She reminded me of the saying Umntu ngumntu ngabantu.I just in awe that there are such people still around
