Great online service from Pilani

After a very frustrating conversation with a banker - Amanda online (premier) via the app, I was told that I could not download a statement with a verified e stamp - and that my only option would be to come into a bank branch - not ideal when you're an asthmatic during Covid 19. After being cut off from her I was put in touch with Pilani, who said it was possible, figuring out that it is only possible for a cheque account statement, but organizing that a credit card statement be printed and signed at a branch and emailed through, (at a cost of R40). The additional cost is not ideal but definitely worth it for lowing the risk of Covid19. Thank you Pilani on your great service.
