Great Inconvenience and BAD Customer Experince

I made an online purchase on my FNB credit card and they decided to authorise/approve two transactions(two transactions of the same thing). I call to find out why and to ask them to correct, I was then advised to fill in a form and was told about the 7-30 days turn around time. I explained I cannot wait that long I need the funds for school fees. I filled in the form anyway and sent it to FNBCard , a week later I try to follow up and I am sent from pillar to post.. I spent an hour been transferred from one department to the next. I am then finally back to where I started and I was advised there is nothing they can do...Imagine!!!Nothing they can do....Why was I not told this in the beginning? Why did they make me fill in a form? make me waste an hour of my time on the phone if there is nothing they can do...I now have to wait 7 working days for the transaction to automatically clear(if nobody banks, which of course nobody will)...In the meantime I have to go and explain why I can't pay school fees on time. I am extremely inconvenienced and disappointed at the level of service provided.
